Returns and Exchanges
Domestic Exchange Policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you or your customers notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please contact us directly by email at Market@D20toCurtain.com. Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed to qualify for an exchange. In order to expedite the process, please including the following in your email:
Returned by Customer - Please be sure that you have contacted the D20 to Curtain directly before returning any products. It is in our best interest to ensure each customer has a positive experience when purchasing our merchandise, therefore we will always do our utmost to ensure that any mistakes made on our end are promptly corrected to satisfy your original order. We do not offer refunds or store credit for returns at this time. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to our printing and manufacturing partners. D20 to Marker will incur the cost of having the replacement item sent to the customer.
Please Note: We will exchange any product deemed faulty as the result of a seller or manufacturer's error. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or that accurately fulfills the original order - so, please, be sure to check your order before submitting it.
Wrong Address - If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).
D20 to Curtain Market does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
